KELLY is a tremendous young cow with balance from end to end.
She exemplifies the term dairy strength and has a tremendous rear udder
with exceptional width and height with a well blended fore udder. She
has a phenomenal rump with lots of width and walks on a great set of
feet and legs. Her EX “James” dam has produced one superior
lactation to date and has already made over 90,000 lbs in just three
lactations and averaged 4.3% fat. The second dam is an EX “Prelude”
that produced almost 160,000 lbs in seven lactations and also has high
components. The third dam is another over 100,000 pound lifetime producer
and a 2 star brood cow sired by “Inspiration”. The fourth
dam is a VG88 “Majesty” that made almost 130,000 pounds
in just 6 lactations. It is not hard to see why we are excited about
this addition to the RMH foundation herd, when you trace back 9
generations of high scoring, long lasting brood cows. Each generation
in Kelly’s pedigree have made great brood cows with all the dams
combining to produce 20 daughters that are 100% GP and better! |
